An iOS app that shows you what’s tracking you — and gives you the tools to stop it.

What Saahir does

Saahir is an iOS application focused on user privacy. It filters trackers and intrusive advertising at the DNS layer — the same layer that decides which servers your phone connects to. By doing this on your device, Saahir gives you visibility into your network activity without sending any of it to a third party.

You install Saahir, enable it as a network filter, and it shows you which trackers are reaching out to which destinations. Where useful, Saahir explains in plain language what each one is and what it’s likely doing, so you can make informed decisions about what to block.

Privacy stance

Saahir is built privacy-first. The application is designed so that:

• Your network activity is never sent to our servers or any third party.
• There are no third-party analytics, telemetry, or advertising SDKs in the app.
• Filtering decisions are processed on your device wherever possible.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. The app will be funded by paid plans, not by your information.
• A preliminary privacy statement is available at Privacy; the full policy will accompany the app at launch. Transparency reports are planned.

About the company

Saahir is developed by AL-BIRR MTA, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Maryland, United States. The company is independently owned and operated. Saahir is its first iOS product.
